Dear Valued Clients,
We, at Pioneer Veterinary Hospital, P.C., understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, when you do not call in advance to cancel your appointment, you may be preventing another pet from getting much needed treatment. Due to the limited number of appointments available and how far out we are scheduling, we will be instituting and enforcing our “No Show” Policy. This applies to in-room doctor visits. Drop offs (other than surgeries) and technician appointments are exempt.
NO SHOW POLICY
A “no show” is a client who misses an appointment without canceling it within 1 business day. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a “no show”.
- -The first time there is a “no show”, we will contact you via phone/text/email to inform you of the missed appointment and remind you of our “no show” policy. There will be a warning for the first “no show.”
- -The second time a client has a “no show”, we will contact you via phone/text/email to inform you of the missed appointment and remind you of our “no show” policy. You will be required to pay a non-refundable $20 no show fee. To schedule any future exams, you will be required to pre-pay $60, in addition to the $20 (non-refundable) no show fee. The $60 will go towards your visit.
*Surgery appointments will lose the full surgery deposit. To reschedule, you will be required to pay a new surgery deposit. - -The third time a client has a “no show”, we will contact you via phone/text/email to inform you of the missed appointment and remind you of our “no show” policy. You will be required to pay a non-refundable $30 no show fee. To schedule future appointments, you will be required to pre-pay for all services requested.
*Surgery appointments will lose the full surgery deposit. To reschedule, you will be required to pay a new surgery deposit.
